As an appraiser run AMC, we understand both lender expectations and appraisal regulations and requirements. We work together with our appraisers to provide highest quality reports. We individually select appraisers for each order based on proximity to the subject, client requirements, and turn time. We believe the best way to produce the highest quality reports is to select the appraiser who is most qualified for each assignment.
